Origin & taste

The olive oil comes from the Kournas Olive Yard and is extracted from the traditional Tsounati variety, which has been cultivated for centuries at the foot of the White Mountains (“Lefka Ori”) in Crete.

Taste: Mildly peppery with a characteristic Tsounati profile
Aromas: Dominant citrus notes, accompanied by wild herbs and a nutty, slightly buttery finish
