Description

South of Rethimno just near the village called Kali Sykia an right on the steep slopes of Kryoneritis mountain at the altitude of 650 m. Vidiano is cultivated. The microclimate in combination with biological methods cultivating gives the best expression of this indigenous grape variety.

Clear white-green color, aromas of citrus and white flowers as well as aromas of white tropical fruits. Body full and with balanced acidity due to the high altitude of the vines. Serves ideally fish and cheese.
