From grapes grown in selected vineyards of the estate around Theopetra cave near Meteora rocks.

Varieties: Malagouzia, Assyrtiko

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes: Lemon – green colour, aromas of citrus and tropical fruits and hints of mint. On the palate it has refreshing acidicity, round body and lemon zest aftertaste.

Pairing: Fish, seafood and white meat.
